If you an employee of another organisation and pay your tax via your employer then this is the questionnaire for you. Even though the taxman does not ask you to send in a tax return, you still have to if you have other outside income (even if there is no additional tax owing).
On the other hand though, it is our experience that many PAYE people overpay their taxes by not properly claiming their tax credits or tax discounts on certain expenditure.
